"........I wanted you to know how incredibly exquisite the food was at our reception. I had a bit of everything and it all tasted so fresh, festive and seasonal. We were so pleased with the presentation and those delicious cheeses! The edamame hummus was so good, the salmon, and the beautiful, beautiful pie and cake! Thank you thank you! Your assistant was wonderful and so helpful and everything ran so smoothly. I was so greatful for the kind of presence you cater with - so professional and yet so friendly and intimate. It made quite an impact on Maki and me as well as all of our guests. I want you to know how appreciative we both are for your hard work and beautiful flavors!
